The Mamma Lena and Dino Foundation was established in 2001 by Dino Gustin who later made a sizeable bequest which has enabled the Foundation to provide a number of modest grants and the development of an historically significant website which chronicles the vast body of work completed by Mamma Lena and Dino during their long and productive lives.

In 2008, funds from the sale of the Mamma Lena Child Care Centre will mean that the interest off those funds can now be used to help fulfil the mission of the Foundation encompassing the Five Pillars of Help.

It is also envisaged that from time to time the Foundation may become the beneficiary of gifts and bequests from those within the Italian community.
