Whenever I think of an album idea, I feel like an adventuresome chef.
There really are no new ingredients but there are new proportions and
new combinations or ingredients.
Then the aim of the chef is to combine the proportions and combinations
of ingredients in such a way that the net result elicits from the
listener a smile of contented surprise.
I think we have succeeded. Ingredients-11 famous Italian melodies
spanning Neapolitan-folk-opera.
Combine above with a judicious number of pluckers (various style
guitars, mandolin and harpsichord) and a swinging complement of brass.
Fold all ingredients with Jimmy Carroll's tender care and native talents
(Italian) and the new result "KISS ME I'M ITALIAN."
