A cheque for $5000
was given to the Gold Coast Soroptimists (GCS) to give to Majella House
Women’s Refuge. The Refuge is being upgraded and the money is to provide all
the necessary sheets, pillows, doonas and covers for the bedrooms. The photo
shows the President of the GCS, Marylin Wilkes and member Robyn Issacs
presenting the cheque to Ruth Oldfield co-ordinator of Majella House. A
plaque will be installed in Majella House recognising the contribution made
by the...... "Mamma Lena & Dino Gustin Foundation."
